When will my order be processed?
Most orders will be processed the same day or the following day after the order was placed. For orders with a custom engraving, a 3D mockup of the engraving request will be sent to the customers email. The order cannot be fulfilled until final approval is received from the customer, which if not received timely, could delay processing.
How long does my order take from order date to delivery?
On average, 4-6 days for the USA, 2-3 weeks for International.
What are my shipping options?
To keep it simple, we offer FREE USPS Priority Mail® on all of our products to the USA! Delivery to the states within the US is usually within 3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. If you are located outside of the USA, shipping starts at $20 per wallet order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with a USPS Tracking® number once your order ships. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@riftwoodcompany.com for information.
